As previously reported, 41-year-old NBA superstar Kobe Bryant was killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday morning that also claimed the lives of five (5) other people onboard.
The details about Kobe’s death are still unclear and what caused the crash is still unknown. TMZ has obtained pictures from the crash that will be used in the investigation by the Calabasas police department.
Fortunately, the former NBA player’s wife wasn’t one of the people killed on the helicopter, but she will likely forever be heartbroken over this horrific tragedy.

Kobe’s wife, Vanessa Bryant, who has over 1.7 million fans on Instagram has now private her page due to hundreds of news outlets’ sudden requests for comments regarding her husband’s death.
Tmz also reports that KB and Gia, nickname GiGi and was following her father’s footsteps, were on their way to the Mamba Academy for a basketball practice when the crash occurred. The Academy is in nearby Thousand Oaks.
